Status Report

Things went a bit quiet over here! The beginning of this year was quite exciting – consisting of the purchase of new house, a huge clean-out of our old house and the subsequent move.

We’ve settled in to our new house and are anxiously awaiting the completion of a new fence so the dogs can play and play and play.

Fur in Focus will be undergoing some changes this year. I’ll be taking on a more limited number of clients and spending time working on fund-raising events for a few local shelters. It’s likely that the blog will take on a more personal tone – with more photos of my dogs and the dogs of friends and family.

Thus, Katy, contemplating her new front yard.

Thanks for An Amazing Year!

Happy Holidays!

A big furry thank you to all of the wonderful people who I’ve met this year. I’ve learned so much and shared wonderful moments with my clients, my friends and my family.

Have a safe and wonderful holiday!

Also, I have a winner for the Giving is Awesome contest. I’ll be contacting the person who nominated the winner and posting a full announcement shortly after the holiday.

Seamus | Cleveland Pet Photographer

A sneak peek of a sweet little whippet named Seamus. We braved the cold (16 degrees!) to get these photos for a special gift. Despite the cold, it was an eerily beautiful day and we had lots of fun!

Cats!

This morning I had the pleasure of meeting these two gorgeous girls. Noelle is an elegant Abyssinian. She has a regal bearing and her coloring is rich and complex. China Rose, better known as Pipsqueak, is a shy, but incredibly sweet Siamese. Both of these ladies are retired show cats and were wonderful to spend time with.
