On Saturday, in a light rain, a couple of us went over to the Gardenview Horticultural Park to take flower photos. This little oasis specializes in the pink and purple blooms of late spring in Ohio: Alliums, lupines, forget-me-nots, bluebells and columbine. The alliums just beg to be photographed – they are like little purple fireworks of color.
