I did a quick session yesterday with these amazingly beautiful dogs. Their fur! Their “momma” told me that they had spent three hours at the groomer the day before the shoot – it paid off – they looked just beautiful!

We found a new favorite spot at the park. It’s at a point where a small stream hits into the river with a shallow, stony “beach” that is just perfect for stick retrieves from the water.

Getting the action shots in focus is an ongoing challenge for me. For outdoor action, I set my focus to AI Servo, with only the center point selected (then hope for the best!) I definitely need more practice with this because I get very few shots that are in acceptable focus. I can cheat...
